What we require from you

• Clear instruction of colour scheme and number of pieces required
• Clear instruction of where you want each arrangement to be displayed
• Notification of any flowers you do not want/like or allergies
• Notification of any equipment supplied by yourself/venue
• Payment of 50% deposit 1 week in advance of event date and remainder of the fee as agreed upon completion
• Agree there will be extra cost for any changes to flowers requested during the last 72 hours before date of event
• Ensure JLF is notified on all aspects of access and parking at the venue
• Safe return of any equipment hired via collection or delivery
• Agree to charges for any broken or damaged equipment on hire
